GLOBE AND MAIL HIGHLIGHTING ADVERTISERS

The Globe and Mail has launched a new advertising campaign that will "highlight" recent advertising agreements its has signed with Canadian companies. The first advertisement highlights RadioShack Canada, which ran print ads in the newspaper to launch its online store at <http://www.radioshack.ca>. According to the Globe and Mail, additional companies that have recently committed to new budgets for major ongoing advertisements in the newspaper will also be included in the campaign. Officials at The Globe and Mail could not be reached before press time to confirm additional details about the campaign.
