Cynthia Bond has joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Canadian public relations director. Most recently she held the same position at the Shertaon Centre Toronto Hotel. Robert Hunt has added a new title to his business card after being named president of Beautiful British Columbia, a division of Great Pacific Industries and a member of The Jim Pattison Group. As president, Hunt will be responsible for several operations including acting as publisher of Beautiful British Columbia Magazine. Hunt is also president of the Jim Pattison Trade Group. Richard Stursberg will join Star Choice Communications of Toronto as president and CEO. Previously he held the same position at the Canadian Cable Television Association. Stursberg replaces John Cassaday, who held the post on an interim basis.
