MITSUBISHI UNVEILS FLAT COMPUTER MONITOR

Mitsubishi Electronics of Markham, Ont. will increase its advertising for its newest computer monitor in March. The campaign will use trade and newspaper advertising created by In House Advertising & Promotions of Toronto. Currently, the monitor is being promoted using limited trade advertising in computer papers. The monitor, called the Diamond Pro 900u, became available on the North American market earlier this year. The Diamond Pro is 19-inches in size and features a flat screen that Mitsubishi says produces natural-looking flat images mirroring traditional paper and pen imagery. In addition, on-screen displays can manipulate over 20 separate settings including brightness, contrast, positioning and geometry. Mitsubishi markets 14 to 50-inch color computer monitors including Diamond Scan, Diamond Plus, Diamond Pro and PrecisePoint, as well as MegaView presentation monitors, Leonardo plasma displays and LCD projector systems.
