Concerned Children's Advertisers has elected its 1995/96 executive committee. Michael Aymong is the new chairman. Peter Beresford of McDonald's Restaurants of Canada was elected past president, Sunni Boot of Optimedia Canada sits in the president's chair and Bob Weagle of Kraft Canada is vice-president and creative committee chairman. Su Grimmer of YTV Canada and Marionne Diemer of Hasbro Canada have both been appointed vice-president, George Irwin of Irwin Toy will be chairman of the telethon committee and Cathy Loblaw is the new vice-president and managing director for CCA. Susan Burke is public affairs director. In addition, J. Walter Thompson, McLaren: McCann and Vickers & Benson Advertising, all of Toronto, will create a series of vignettes for the organization during 1995/96. Continental Communications of Toronto will provide public relations. CCA is a consortium of 19 Canadian corporations who advertise and broadcast to children.
