Orca Bay Sports & Entertainment of Vancouver is holding a Grand Debut week to celebrate the opening its General Motors Place arena on Sept. 16. The Orca Bay corporate identity was developed by Ray Mah Design of Vancouver. Orca Bay has four divisions: the Vancouver Canucks, the Vancouver Grizzlies of the NBA , Winning Spirit retail stores and General Motors Place. Advertising for the Grizzlies is done by Palmer Jarvis Communications of Vancouver. Glennie Stamnes Strategies of Vancouver creates ads for the Canucks. Steve Vrlak & Associates of Vancouver coordinates the other two agencies when they do advertising for the sports teams.
