RED LOBSTER CASTS NEW LURE

The Red Lobster restaurant chain unveiled a new TV advertising campaign last week. The North American spots promote Red Lobster specials and end with the tag line, "Prepared so fresh you can taste it." Different specials will be rotated into the ads throughout the coming year. Red Lobster's U.S. agency, Grey Advertising of New York, handled the creative for the spots, while Hilary Thom Media Inc. of Toronto handled the Canadian media buy. U.S.-based Darden Restaurants, which has a Toronto office, operates the Red Lobster chain.
