Telus begins campaign

Telecommunications company Telus conducted a promotion this weekend called “Buy One Give One.” For each phone purchased by a consumer from Nov. 24 to 27, the company will give a free phone and usage plan to a Canadian youth leaving foster care. The promotion also includes advertising creative featuring a new line of stuffed animal toys that are now on sale. Proceeds from sales of the toys will be donated to the Telus Friendly Future Foundation.
