RBC expands Avion Rewards program

RBC has expanded its Avion Rewards loyalty program and its related shopping service, Avion Rewards ShopPlus. The expansion includes a new membership tier called Avion Rewards Select, intended to provide users with discount offers as they shop by enabling ShopPlus through the Avion Rewards mobile application or website. ShopPlus presents special offers from approximately 2,400 retailers.
“We're excited to bring ShopPlus to all Canadians,” said Niranjan Vivekanandan, head of loyalty and merchant solutions at RBC. “This is an important part of our transformed program and, with Avion Rewards, our members no longer have to choose between discounts, cash back and points. They can now access all of these benefits in one place and with more merchants and brands than any other loyalty program.”
