New marketing head at Twitter Canada

Twitter Canada has appointed Jennifer Bairos Hofer to the position of head of marketing. She has spent the last six years at Rogers in a series of marketing, digital and branding positions, most recently at marketing director of its TSC specialty television channel. She was also a senior marketer in the digital content and publishing division of Rogers Media. Prior to joining Rogers, Hofer held marketing positions at CBC, Corus, Alliance Atlantis and Indigo. Previous marketing head Laura Pearce who left Twitter in July to become Canadian head of marketing at Google.
