Quebecor adds four in Toronto

Quebecor Expertise Media has added four new staff members to its Toronto office. Leema Williams has been hired as a digital account director. She was most recently a freelance social media consultant. Prior to that, she was at Metroland Media Group.
Rajan Sharma has joined the company as an account director of programmatic media solutions. He was previously managing partner of OffStump Digital Ventures and director of sales at Cue Digital. He has also worked at Tremor Video DSP, CBC and The Weather Network.
Tony Vigario has moved to the position of digital account director. He was most recently an account director in the company’s 360 Media Solutions division.
Mark Anthony Di Cio has been hired as an account director in the 360 Media Solutions unit. He was previously director of sales for French-language products at Bell Media.
