Drukarsh joins Bicom

Bicom, a communications agency based in Toronto, has appointed Brian Drukarsh to the position of vice-president of business development. He was most recently director of business development at Community Agency. Prior to that, he was director of business development at Promotivate and a senior account manager at Brunico Communications.
