President's Choice conducts macaroni and cheese promotion

Loblaw Companies has begun a promotion for its President's Choice brand timed to coincide with “National Mac and Cheese Day” on July 14. The promotion is being conducted in association with apparel company Province of Canada and involves the limited-time sale of macaroni and cheese-themed t-shirts. Proceeds from the sale these shirts will be donated to the President's Choice Children's Charity, along with 5,000 boxes of PC Deluxe Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese.
“Mac and cheese is a staple in the majority of Canadians' homes,” said Cheryl Grishkewich, vice-president of marketing at President's Choice. “We wanted to give Canadians a fun way to share their love for this cheesy dish. I'm one of many Canadians who prefers the PC Deluxe Cheddar as my mac and cheese of choice, and I will wear my shirt with pride to declare my favourite.”
