CTV debuts new online video streaming channels

Toronto-based CTV has launched two new video-on-demand services called CTV Movies and CTV Throwback. The free digital channels are available through the CTV.ca website and the company's mobile applications. The properties offer a collection of movies and full television series.

"Our advertising partners have told us that they love their access to Bell Media's content and they want more of it," said Stewart Johnston, president of media sales and marketing at Bell Media. "These free, ad-supported VOD channels with outstanding catalogues will unlock an exciting new opportunity for Canadian advertisers to connect with audiences on CTV digital platforms."
