Montreal International, Quebec International begin joint promotion

Economic development organizations Montreal International and Quebec International have begun a joint online promotion intended to attract foreign investment in the region's life sciences and health technology sectors. The effort consists of an online video featuring a number of international companies from these industries that have selected Quebec as their base for expansion into North America. The five-minute video was produced by TCB Médias.
"This new promotional tool is a platform for explaining what motivated these health companies to choose Quebec for expansion in North America, and to promote the critical mass of leading-edge companies that make up the wealth of our ecosystem," said Christelle Fasano, director of business development for life sciences and health technologies, at Montreal International.
The initiative is being conducted in association with Fonds de solidarité FTQ, the Biotech City, Merck Canada, Medtronic Canada, Montréal InVivo, Tourisme Montréal, BIOQuébec and the Ministry of Economy, Science and Innovation.
