New chief partnership officer at Rouge Media

Toronto-based out-of-home company Rouge Media Group has appointed Steve Ridley to the position of chief partnership officer. He will work to improve relations between the company and its clients in the US and Canada. He will also participate in the development of new business options and acquisitions. Ridley was previously global chief executive officer and co-founder of Kinetic Worldwide. Prior to that, he was the head of UK media company Outdoor Focus. He will be based in the company's New York office.
