Martin joins Quebecor board

Montreal-based Quebecor has appointed Andrea Martin to the boards of Quebecor and Quebecor Media. She will also sit on the human resources and corporate governance committees of both boards. Martin was formerly president of security company ADT Canada. She was also managing director of data services for Royal Mail Group in London, England, as well as chief executive officer and executive chair of the board at Reader's Digest Canada.
