New CFO at Videotron

Montreal-based Videotron has appointed Philippe Cloutier to the position of senior vice-president and chief financial officer. He will oversee the company's financial operations, business plan and mergers and acquisition activities. Cloutier was previously vice-president of North American operations of Reader's Digest and Canadian president of Quad Graphics, formerly Quebecor World. Videotron is a subsidiary of Quebecor Media.
