L'Oreal Professionnel hires Bicom Communications

Montreal-based cosmetics company L'Oréal Canada has retained Bicom Communications as the public relations agency of record for its L'Oréal Professionnel brand. Bicom won the account in a request-for-proposals process. The assignment includes national communications intended to increase awareness of the hair care brand over the next year.
