Air Canada conducts free flight promotion

Air Canada of Montreal has released an online video depicting a recent promotion in which it distributed free tickets to passengers on one of its flights. Yesterday the company gave two round-trip flights to any Air Canada destination to each passenger on a flight from Toronto to Vancouver. The intent is for the passengers to use one flight to realize one of their own travel dreams and to give the other flight to someone else with a desire to travel. The video, which has been posted on the brand's Facebook page, is accompanied by social media activities.
"In the spirit of this holiday season, we're proud to launch a program that starts at home and helps our customers make an impact," said Andy Shibata, managing brand director at Air Canada. "We're encouraging our customers to help 'Fly the Flag,' bring the best of Canada to the world, and show the values, drive and passion that come with being Canadian.
