New president and CEO at ICA

The Toronto-based Institute of Communication Agencies has appointed Scott Knox to the newly-created position of president and CEO. He will begin work on Nov. 1. Knox has spent the past 15 years as managing director of the Marketing Agencies Association in the United Kingdom.
