American Express conducts online travel campaign

American Express Canada has begun a travel-themed online campaign. The initiative consists of three online videos featuring travel advice from baseball player Kevin Pillar, television host Cabbie Richards and lifestyle personality Monika Hibbs. The intent of the campaign is to create an association between American Express and travel with Canadian consumers. The videos are being posted to the brand's Facebook and Twitter pages, accompanied by social media advertising and a website at <>.

"By teaming up with influencers who travel frequently for work and pleasure, we are able to connect with Canadians and provide them with helpful travel tips in an engaging way," said Lauren Dineen-Duarte, ‎director of public affairs and communications at American Express Canada. "Through ongoing development of captivating social media content, like the travel hack series, we're showing new and existing card members that Amex is a trusted travel partner."
