Hill&Knowlton hires one, promotes one

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has appointed Mylène Dupéré to the position of senior director in its Montreal office. She was most recently manager of regional public affairs at Rogers Communications. Prior to that, she operated her own firm called Dupéré Relations Publiques. She has also been a senior communications specialist for the Liberal Party of Canada and director of communications for the Office of the Liberal Leader. Dupéré has also worked at PWGCS, HRSDC, Canadian Heritage, Thornley Fallis, Transport Canada and Justice Canada.

Pierre-Thomas Choquette has been promoted to the position of director in the agency's Quebec City office. He joined the firm in 2015 as a senior consultant. Prior to that, he was a consultant at National Public Relations and interactive manager at Brad. Choquette has also worked at O2 Web and Labatt Breweries.
