Weber Shandwick adds two in Montreal

Weber Shandwick Canada has appointed Rachel Yates to the position of senior vice-president in its Montreal office. She was most recently director of marketing and strategic planning at Telus Health. Prior to that, she held communications positions at Merck Canada and the McGill University Health Centre. Yates has also worked at Astral Media, National Public Relations and Concordia University.
Dana Frank has also joined the agency's Montreal office as an account manager in its corporate practice. She was previously a communications coordinator at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal.
