New president at Tourism Toronto

Tourism Toronto has appointed Johanne Bélanger to the position of president and CEO. She will begin work on Sept. 1. Bélanger has spent the last 10 years as president of Freeman Audio Visual Canada. She has been a member of the board of director of Tourism Toronto since 2009 and was chair of the board from 2012 to 2014. She has also been president of the board of directors of InfoComm International. Tourism Toronto is an industry association that works to promote the city as a destination for tourists, conventions and business travel.
