AMA TORONTO MARKETING INDUSTRY ROUNDTABLE

The Toronto chapter of the American Marketing Association will host a roundtable discussion on November 26 on using market research as a tool to link customer satisfaction to business performance. Participating in the discussion will be William Band, products partner at Andersen Consulting; Richard Cooper, director of J.D. Power; Doreen Menaker, national manager of corporate market research at Sears Canada; George Nesvadba, market research manager at Glaxo Wellcome; Douglas Snetsinger, executive director of the Institute of Market Driven Quality; and Joanne Tofani, managing director of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
