LA ADS LAUNCHES LOFTY CAMPAIGN

LA Ads of Toronto is set to begin a campaign for the developers of The Merchandise Building, a one million square foot loft development in downtown Toronto. The ads, which will begin running in mid-November, will feature the three designers of the building. In a press release, Vickie Wild, vice-president and creative director at LA Ads, said the agency believes this is the first time a major developer has featured the talents of top designers to advertise its product. The designers will appear in 30-second spots running on TV in the Toronto market. Newspaper, magazine and transit advertising, along with direct mail, will also run to promote the development.
