TRIMARK TAKES A PIECE OF SUN MEDIA

Trimark Investment Management has bought a 20% stake in Toronto-based Sun Media. The publishing company was formerly known as Toronto Sun Publishing Corp. until it was bought by management and employees of the company. The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board holds 47% of Sun Media.
