Hypertension awareness campaign begins

The Chair in Hypertension Prevention and Control at the Heart & Stroke Foundation and Canadian Institutes of Health Research has begun an advocacy campaign called "Make Nutrition a Priority." The content marketing initiative, developed by Fifth Story of Toronto, consists of online video and a radio segment. The 60-second video consists of a series of stock video clips with deliberately bad voiceover dubbing on the subject of hypertension. The radio segment features Norman Campbell, who holds the chair in question. The creative encourages consumers to visit a website at <http://www.hypertensiontalk.com> to sign a petition asking the government to make nutrition a priority in the upcoming federal election.
