Soltani joins Evolve Media

Evolve Media has appointed Khatir Soltani to the position of vice-president of strategic partnerships for Quebec and French international market. He will be based in the company's Montreal office. Soltani was most recently a senior director at AOL Canada, where he also focused on the Quebec market. Prior to that, he oversaw the French-language advertising network at BVS Media. He was also president of Echo Digital.
