Insurance Bureau of Canada releases new commercial

The Toronto-based Insurance Bureau of Canada has released a new television commercial reminding drivers to drive according to the weather conditions. The 30-second commercial features hockey player Kelly Terry of the Canadian Women's Hockey League. The ad follows a road safety commercial released by the organization in December on the subject of texting while driving and featuring Christina Kessler, also of the CWHL. In addition, the bureau will be present at two CWHL games taking place in the Greater Toronto Area on Feb. 7 conducting prize giveaways and operating a photo booth.

"IBC is a proud sponsor of the CWHL and we were pleased to work with Kelly on our newest road safety commercial," said Ralph Palumbo, Ontario vice-president of the Insurance Bureau of Canada. "Sponsoring the CWHL not only gives us an opportunity to support some talented athletes but it is also an opportunity to share important road safety messages with a new audience."
