Toronto Star to sponsor Honda Indy Toronto

The Toronto Star has signed a sponsorship agreement with Honda Indy Toronto, making the Star the official daily newspaper of the auto race through 2017. As part of the agreement, the Toronto Star will produce the event's official souvenir program and fan guide. The paper will also provide daily coverage of the event in print and online.

"We are thrilled to be working alongside a top-tier newspaper like the Toronto Star," said Charlie Johnstone, president of Honda Indy Toronto. "The newspaper is a well-respected resource for a variety of news, locally and around the world. This partner will help drive visibility for this event."

The next Honda Indy Toronto event will take place from June 12 to 14.
