Jaguar Land Rover Canada hires The Mint Agency

Automaker Jaguar Land Rover Canada has retained The Mint Agency of Toronto to handle its public relations for the next year. The assignment includes PR for the brand's "Hibernot" campaign for the Canadian launch of the new Land Rover Discovery sport utility vehicle. The Mint Agency will conduct a national initiative intended to gain coverage of the launch beyond the automotive media and aimed at younger consumers who would not otherwise have considered the brand. The agency will also launch a five-year social responsibility program for Jaguar Land Rover Canada in association with the Canadian Cancer Society.

"This year is an especially important one for Jaguar Land Rover Canada as we launch a number of innovative models and partnerships," said Barbara Barrett, national communications and public affairs manager at Jaguar Land Rover Canada. "The team at The Mint Agency has the experience and background we need to support our initiatives and we're thrilled to be working with them."
