Hyundai readies customer retention marketing program

Hyundai Auto Canada of Markham, ON has begun a new customer retention and digital marketing initiative. Developed by Fuse Marketing Group of Toronto, the program operates in English and French markets and uses data and creative in an effort to more effectively engage with Hyundai customers through their lifecycle. According to the agency, the campaigns make use of content segmentation based on product and customer life-stages, and allow for future communications through mobile devices.
"The evolution of the CRM landscape at Hyundai necessitated the need to dramatically change the way in which we meet our customers' individual preferences and brand relationship," said Jennifer Dobbs, director of marketing at Hyundai. "Fuse has created a pivotal program for us that allows us to significantly improve the communications between Hyundai and our valued customers."
