New marketing vice-president at 3TL Technologies

Vancouver-based 3TL Technologies has hired Patrick Pharris as vice-president of sales and marketing. The company specializes in technology for consumer-to-consumer content marketing, data mining and loyalty programs. Based in Los Angeles, Pharris will direct the company's sales and marketing activities in the United States. He has worked for the company as a consultant since February. Prior to that, he was managing partner of Iteration Media and president of Pharris Media. He was also a partner at Promethean Partners, president of Electronic Media Communications and an account supervisor at Mahoney Wasserman Public Relations.
