Pinty's to sponsor Grand Slam of Curling

Pinty's Delicious Foods has signed a three year agreement with specialty television channel Sportsnet to become the title sponsor of the Grand Slam of Curling. From 2015 to 2018, the event will be called Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling. The agreement also includes rinkboard branding, in-ice logos and on-site activities, as well as television commercials, sponsor billboards and exposure in Sportsnet's digital and magazine properties. In addition, each event will incorporate an in-venue lounge area called Pinty's Pub and Grill Zone. Sportsnet is owned by Rogers Media.

"Canada's curling community is vibrant and continually expanding, and we are committed to growing right along with it," said Anthony Attard, vice-president of integrated sports sales at Rogers. "The new deal with Pinty's is the perfect way to kick off Sportsnet's third season of the Grand Slam of Curling, which is bigger and better than ever. Pinty's is known for their commitment to supporting curling athletes, and we have a common and important goal of serving curling fans with a premium experience."
