Ideon Media launches RecipeGeek.com

Ideon Media of Toronto has launched a new food and lifestyle website called RecipeGeek.com. The site, aimed primarily at mothers, offers recipes, health and wellness information, reviews of kitchen equipment, stories about food trends, profiles of celebrity chefs and how-to videos. The site is being headed by editor-in-chief Lindsay Evans, who has previously written food and lifestyle content for Chatelaine, Today's Parent, Walmart Live Better, Glow and Clean Eating, among others.
"We're very proud to be launching our fifth major website as part of a strategy to offer premium content to Canadian consumers and premium placement to Canadian advertisers," said Kevin Bartus, president and CEO of Ideon Media. "These sites offer us the ability to run integrated sponsored programs and custom videos alongside original editorial content."
