International news: JWT buys Lemon Sky

WPP, through its subsidiary JWT, has agreed to acquire Lemon Sky, a digital marketing company based in Poland. The firm employs approximately 70 staff and has offices in Warsaw and Wroclaw. Its clients include Nestle, Orange, Tesco and Leroy Merlin. The agency generated revenues of EUR 2.7 million in 2013. Following the acquisition, Lemon Sky will be merged with JWT Warsaw.
