New chief technology officer at Vision Critical

Kobi Ofir has joined Toronto-based Vision Critical as chief technology officer. He was previously vice-president of product development at Eloqua, a subsidiary of Oracle. He has also been chief technology officer at Rypple, Virgin Gaming and First Data. Ofir has also held positions at software firms Architel Systems and SNS Systems.
