Torres joins Cue Digital Media

Cue Digital Media of Toronto has hired Napoleon Torres as head of advertising operations and technology platforms. He will work to launch the company's new real-time-bidding and private exchange services. Torres was most recently manager of advertising product and technology and manager of ad operations at Rogers Communications. Prior to that, he was the leader of ad operations and technology at Olivemedia. He was also a web developer at Ogilvy and Mather.
