Active International adds three

Active International of Toronto has appointed Harminder Hayer to the newly-created position of senior director of client partnerships. She was most recently a sales director at IPG Media Brands. Steve Muscat has been appointed to the newly-created position of vice-president of strategic partnerships. He was most recently head of sports and entertainment at Cue Digital Media. Ahmed Al-Waili has joined the company in the newly-created position of programmatic director. He has previously worked at Ignition One, IProspect and Rubicon Project.
