Microsoft readies Xbox One Headquarters in Toronto

Microsoft Canada is preparing to open an installation in Toronto called Xbox One Headquarters to promote its upcoming new video game console. The two-floor, 5,000 square-foot space on Bloor St. will open on Nov. 7 and close on Dec. 29. It is intended to provide consumers with the ability to try the console and a range of games before the system goes on sale on Nov. 22. The space features what the company describes as "living room-style gameplay." Visitors to the installation will also be eligible to win various prizes.
