Eyereturn Marketing adds one, promotes two

Eyereturn Marketing of Toronto has promoted Janelle DeCelis to the position of senior director of client services. She was most recently senior manager and then director of client services at the company. Prior to that, she was a marketing manager and a project manager.
Mike Schulz has been promoted to vice-president of engineering operations. He was previously the company's senior manager of information technology and then director of infrastructure. Schulz has also worked at First Data, Telus and Canada Revenue.
Jamie Armstrong has joined the company as director of marketing research and data solutions. He was most recently a senior research manager at Maru Matchbox. Prior to that, he was a senior client service manager at Vision Critical. Armstrong was also a research associate at CICIC Research and Communications.
