Rouge Media Group adds two, promotes one

Rouge Media Group of Toronto has hired Linda Bueno as US director of sales. She has previously worked at Ubiquitous Media and Zoom Media. Jeff Mortensen has joined the firm as a US national account manager. He was most recently at US-based out-of-home company Posterscope. Seema Whig has moved from the position of director of Rouge Digital in Canada to that of national account manager in the company's New York office.
