Blast Radius promotes Ounpuu

Toronto-based Blast Radius has promoted John Ounpuu to the position of vice-president of strategy. Based in Vancouver, he will oversee the interactive agency's strategy in western North America. Ounpuu joined the agency 10 years ago as a writer. He was most recently senior strategy director.
