Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Toronto has promoted three staff members from assistant consultant to consultant. Jessica Danziger-Lin joined the agency's technology unit two years ago. Prior to that, she was an intern at Due North Communications. Davina Ramnarine joined the firm's corporate unit two years ago. She was previously a marketing coordinator at Liberty Square Communications. Laura Tulley joined the marketing communications staff one year ago. Prior to that, she was an associate at National Public Relations.
