Hill&Knowlton Strategies adds two

Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Toronto has hired Jason McPhail as a senior account director and Laura Tulley as a senior consultant. McPhail was most recently a senior brand manager at Virgin Mobile Canada. Prior to that, he was coordinator of brand and marketing communications at Rogers Wireless. Tulley was most recently a communications specialist at PwC Canada. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Hill&Knowlton Strategies and an associate at National Public Relations.
