Institute of Communication Agencies adds two

The Toronto-based Institute of Communication Agencies has hired Desiree Creed as director of sponsorship and partnerships. She was most recently national sales manager at Rogers Communications. Prior to that, she was at Torstar Group. Felicia Chapheau has joined the organization as event and sponsorship coordinator. She has spent the last two years at Heller Productions, where she worked on corporate events and incentive travel.
