Toronto Real Estate Board breaks awareness campaign

The Toronto Real Estate Board has begun a new advertising campaign intended to educate home buyers about the benefits of working with a realtor. The campaign, developed by Tag Idea Revolution of Toronto, includes radio, online and outdoor advertising in the Greater Toronto Area. The first phase of the campaign will run through the fall, followed by a second phase in the spring of 2014.

"Engaging a realtor to help you find a home provides consumers the insight and expertise that just isn't available otherwise," said Gabi Armstrong, executive vice-president at the agency. "We are helping buyers understand that they deserve to have a professional working for their best interests. This campaign will build on the success of our continued work with [the board], whose realtor members are committed to providing the best, professional service in the Greater Toronto area."

The Toronto Real Estate Board is a not-for-profit corporation that represents approximately 34,000 licensed real estate brokers and sales persons in the Greater Toronto Area.
