First Choice Haircutters conducts Ultimate Experience contest

First Choice Haircutters has begun a promotion called the "Your Ultimate Experience Contest." The initiative encourages consumers to submit photographs, videos or text descriptions of memorable or positive experiences to a website at <http://www.yourultimateexperience.com>. The grand prize will be a vacation package valued at $10,000. Weekly prizes will also be distributed.

The contest, which was developed by Tag Idea Revolution of Toronto, is being promoted with a national campaign consisting of television and online advertising as well as social media activities. Consumers can gain additional entries into the contest by sharing their submissions via Facebook or Twitter. The contest will run until Feb. 28.

"Our brand has such a wide target base and it's critical that we are inclusive in everything we do," said Athena Kalkanis, brand director at First Choice Haircutters. "The campaign allows our most loyal consumers as well as our newest consumers to be rewarded for sharing their memories, their experiences and their positive interactions with the FCH brand. Their story will become part of our story. That's very powerful."
