Toronto Real Estate Board conducts campaign

The Toronto Real Estate Board has begun an advertising campaign in the Greater Toronto Area intended to educate new and resale house buyers about the benefits of signing a buyer representation agreement with a realtor. The campaign, developed by Tag Idea Revolution, includes radio, magazine, out-of-home and online advertising, as well as a website. The campaign will run through the spring of 2012. "Our message is resonating with over a 20% increase in awareness with homebuyers," said Gabriel Armstrong, executive vice-president of Tag. "As well, the realtor community is noticing a distinct shift in buyer acceptance and requests for a BRA."
